Michael’s love for cooking came directly from his mother and grandmother, and his culinary career was fueled at the family restaurant, Marchitelli’s Kiski Valley Inn. Originally from Pittsburg, Michael moved to Crested Butte in 1997 with his wife Jennifer, and owns Marchitelli’s Gourmet Noodle. Combining French and Northern Italian influences with spicy, robust southern Italian flavors, the Gourmet Noodle provides an intimate yet casual dining experience.
